Where do I even begin? This was probably one of the worst hotel experiences I've had — which is incredibly disappointing because I’ve stayed at a Ramada in another city and had a great experience. Unfortunately, this location did not live up to that standard. First and foremost, 訂房網站 falsely advertised that this hotel included breakfast, a pool, and a gym — none of which were actually available upon arrival. These amenities were a major reason I booked, and they were clearly listed as included on the 訂房網站 app. I reached out to 訂房網站 and after several hours of waiting, they finally responded around 1:30 a.m. They told me the hotel was willing to offer a full refund if I checked out immediately. As a solo female traveler in downtown Atlanta, this was completely unacceptable and unsafe to ask of someone at that hour. To be clear, I don’t place all of the blame on the hotel itself — they aren't fully responsible for how they’re listed on 訂房網站. This is absolutely a 訂房網站 issue, and I strongly believe I should have been given a full refund due to their false advertising. Beyond that, the hotel itself felt sketchy and unclean. I had to request clean towels multiple times and never received them, ultimately having to go down to the front desk myself. The noise level was also very high due to its close proximity to the airport, which made it difficult to rest. While I did appreciate the shuttle service, it’s one of the only positives I can mention. Overall, I would never stay at this hotel again and I will definitely not be using 訂房網站 for future bookings.

Tuve una situación con el traslado que por lo generalmente en esa zona no hay forma de llegar si no es con un shuttle, esperé por 1 hora más o menos pero el transfer nunca pasaba así que tuve que pagar para poderme acercarme al hotel, al llegar la recepcionista me indica que había informado a todas las plataformas que no tenían traslados y que por lo mismo no se hacían responsables, esto fue un dolor de cabeza pues solamente iba a estar por un par de horas en el hotel para descansar antes de tomar mi vuelo que salia ese mismo día, la recepcionista también me dijo que si no me parecía que cancelara la reserva, el peor servicio al cliente que he visto, la situación nunca se resolvió teniendo que pagar nuevamente un taxi para regresar al aeropuerto, si hubieran querido compensar el mal rato pudieron haber no cobrarme el costo por entrar temprano y tomando en cuenta que la habitación iba a quedar libre durante la tarde para poder nuevamente venderla , ellos no salían perdiendo a parte que ni jabón ni champú había en la habitación

Was only there for one night because of transit through. Rooms were what they were for the cost. I paid for breakfast, however they closed the dining area and told me to have breakfast somewhere else... Also waited at the airport for 45min waiting for their shuttle, only to call them and then get told that they only drop people off, but not pick up for that month we were there. That was a little annoying. Other than that, it was fine to transit through, but will probably go somewhere else next time ..

Disappointing and outdated—this place could really use a serious makeover. We booked the Ramada Plaza expecting a comfortable stay, but it felt like stepping into a bygone era. The restaurant was closed for renovations (which we weren’t informed of in advance), so the "included breakfast" simply didn’t exist. To make matters worse, the front desk arranged a taxi to the airport for us, stating it would cost around $20. However, we were charged $35 by the driver—a total rip-off. Additionally, when we checked in, we were asked to provide a $100 security deposit for incidentals, which was also not mentioned before arrival. Overall, this stay fell well short of our expectations, it definitely doesn’t live up to the Ramada brand we expected.

太垃圾，環境非常破舊，設施非常差，隔音效果非常差，汽車聲非常大，裡面的設施非常舊甚至還自動工作，建議大家要避坑

It did not look like it appears in the picture. The sheets and curtains were dirty. It’s non refundable.

El servicio de transportación es hasta las 10 pm, te ofrece el desayuno incluido pero el restaurante no está en funcionamiento. A pesar de que no puedes fumar en la habitación, los pasillos huelen a cigarro.

The room was really bad Specially room number 305 and the rug was smelling, This property was built in 1980 and it’s about 44 years old! Need to improve the conditions of the room and the staffs were nice they helped me change the room and requested not to go for the cancellation.

Hotel is not what it looks like on the advertised pictures. It is a run down hotel
